Unusual pink tea

Well this is a first for my normal rosemary, sage, and blackberry leaf tea. Normally it has a very slight reddish blush or slight brown color, but today, and undeniable pretty pink!
I took younger leaves than normal this morning and hoping I can figure out how to recreate the effect.
