Imperial light infantry patrolling the planet of Kraylos.
This is a continuation of the IP presented a long time ago in this sketchy comic I made:

They are the official imperial soldiers of the Runibah interstellar empire. A rare sight, especially on the hot worlds and rebelling worlds of their empire, but present none the less. Someone has to enforce the laws, ensure tithes are paid, and keep the resource rich worlds in line. Often not seen far from their garrisons in the major cities of Kraylos, they still patrol their local environment to keep the ancients away from the trade routes and protect VIPs.
