Time for a new OC.
This is Zogwai, an EX prominent figure within the Onvu Criminal Underworld.
He was caught for his dealings and was planned to face hard life behind bars, but stroke a deal with the law.
While he doesn't do illegal business in that space anymore, he formed a secret partnership with Onvu Law Enforcement.
He keeps up his identity as "Big Z" and now serves as a connection between them and the underworld.
Only giving the law some tips of the more dangerous activities might occur.
