Heyo. Here's one of my favourite recipes. It's a full Caesar salad without anchovies, raw egg, or horrible food additives. It's also in my upcoming game expansion Lands of Creation as an example of coastal Mediterranean food. Here's the recipe.

Garlic Salad
Cube four slices of bread. Pan fry them in three tablespoons of butter and one teaspoon of garlic until crispy. Set aside. Cut the stems off two heads of romaine lettuce. Spread the leaves and wash them. Place them on a towel, roll it up and squeeze to dry them. Slice the romaine long ways once and then into thin strips. Mix in a bowl one half cup mayonnaise, one tablespoon garlic, one tablespoon lemon juice, one teaspoon black pepper and salt to taste. Dice four strips of cooked bacon. Toss together and serve cold.
