After Elliot's Spring Gathering, I decided that Vitai's head need a really good wash. Well, instead of doing the smart thing and asking the builder the proper way to wash the head (besides the normal spot cleaning and sanitizing), I went ahead and submerged the head in the soapy water along with the rest of my fursuit like I normally would wash it. Well, I fucked up the head just a bit, but the eyes especially and he needed a repair.

So I sent him back to  joecifur and paid a VERY small price for him to be patched up. Little did I know, Joe had bigger and better plans. Not only did he 'patch him up', he completely stripped away the old, raggedy, patchy fur and completely revamped him to look better, bolder, and even more beautiful. He gave him a nice new layer of fur, new stripes, new eyes, and a completely new look! How he managed to keep him still looking like Vitai, even with the revamp is simply amazing.

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY OTHER FURSUIT MAKER IN THE INDUSTRY! Joe is absolutely phenomenal. He is honest about his work, he works very hard, and does it exceptionally well. He knows his limits and his capabilities, he knows how to please, and most of all, is patient as a monk, even with obnoxious customers like me nitpicking his work. If you want an amazing suitmaker for your next fursuit, an even more amazing price, and the most amazing customer service, definitely choose  joecifur. Hands down best fursuit builder I've ever dealt with.
