*chuckles* That being said, it's good to see things are still going relatively well for these two groups. I really like the switching between viewpoints to piece the story together. And going so old-school in their endeavor to, as it appears to be, restart a civilization, in a world that seems to still be rich in natural resources.
I won't even mention the small mistakes I spotted such as the fish being 'placed into poured into' a small hole, although I would be quite interested in seeing just how fluffy a fur tree might be, hee! >~_^<
Now, I don't think we'd see them hunting animals any time soon, so pelts are most likely not in the picture, but hopefully for the guys, they may come across some giant queen's ferns so the fronds can be utilized for some basic protective clothing >^_^<

Thank you for finding the mistakes Fritti... trust me, you have no idea how many times I go through these. One of the advantages of working with a partner; you catch each other's mistakes. Working alone, however, is pure joy when you so fall in love with the characters.

cliffhanger.... oh yes... we used to see those at the kiddie matinées when I was a kid. It does keep everyone guessing.

Ah, you are most welcome, Vix. I know just what you mean, I re-read and proofread my stories at least half a dozen times, and then another full time before posting them to FA - and once again after I've posted them, and then I usually still find some small errors I overlooked the first half dozen or more times >~_^< Having a fresh pair of eyes looking a story over is indeed a very good help.

*chuckles* And hey; it worked! We're all guessing now and waiting for the next episode! >^_^<

Look for Jim Henson's "Dog City" A puppet cartoonist, Eliot Shag, has ongoing battles with his comic book character "Ace Hart" about what Ace will put up with and then suffers at the stroke of Eliot's pen when Eliot his asserts authority.
