Thousands of years may pass, but timeless as he is, a cosmic dragon remains young. He has now observed the workings of the stars and worlds around him alongside the Celestial beings, and knows of the natural order of things. Alas... he observes that being born one of his kind is a privilege, that there are many dragons and even non-dragons who seek his privilege, those who are born from the very worlds he watches over....
