Somewhere in Parc Monceau, there is a statue of a gargoyle wearing a poncho and strange looking shoes displayed in the middle of the park. It is rumored that when nobody's looking, the statue comes to life to wonder around the city of Paris either for a friendly stroll or to play harmless pranks on unsuspecting citizens.
