sometimes it takes me a whole evening to progress on these journal sketches
i don't even finish them sometimes lol
in my defense, some of them i do spend a while kinda just thinking through different concepts for one of them to make them memorable, especially when they're metaphorical depiction of actual events. usually the more notable and straightforward ones i come with a clear idea and pretty much just put it to page
donkye sits drawing since 3:30 pm ... and by 11:30 pm he hasn't even finished it
Usually i just do other stuff or get distracted, or am simply just extremely tired and can't find the brainpower in me to finish one
case in point, this very sketch it took me half my evening to complete just now lol

i do wish i could draw faster sometimes, but having a lot more stuff i need to get done, i think i keep a reasonable pace and output
