Must first be Special Summoned by "NEX", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's name is also treated as "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther". Once per turn: You can select 1 face-up monster on the field; until your opponent's next End Phase, this card gains ATK equal to half of the target's original ATK, also it gains the target's effect(s).

Umbra Panther, a.k.a. Umbris, is the NEX version of Dark Panther. His effect is essentially "upgraded" from imitating a monster to emulating the monster's fighting style, while still gaining its effect. His cape is able to assume any form when attacking (i.e., transforms into giant fists or weapons, etc.).

I currently have him as a Duel Spirit Partner to my lombax OC, Alexander Abernathy.
