She's my first rescue. We had to put our border collie down a couple months ago and wasn't really looking for a new dog, but went to a local adopt a thon a shelter was having and she was in a pen out of the way from the rest just shivering up a storm.

Came to find out her family released her into their care about two hours before arrived because their son became allergic to her. To make the story short I adopted her the same day and love her to death.
