Damn, that's really cute, and for a flash animation, it's a cut above most stuff I've seen. It reminds me of a European drama film of sorts (and that's a very good thing!). Very nice!

well... it's traditional animation, I just putted all the keyframes in flash, just because is easier XD

*chuckles* Yeah, I'm quite a fan of traditional 2-D Cell-animation (one of the many reasons why I like your animation so much!). Though when I mentioned that it reminded me of European films, I was referring more to the slow pacing, the low frame-rate, your choice of music, the bit of romance, and the fade to black at the end. It's all these forces working together in tandem that reminded me of films like Amalie, and Утомлённые солнцем (Burnt By The Sun). I think the effect is really complimentary to your animation, even if it may just be a happy accident. I hope to see what you do with it in the future! :)
