So, here's a new thing yall get to learn about me... I like ancient Egypt lol. Back a few months ago a few Egypt related things happened that got me in the mood... I was playing Total War Pharaoh (I know, not the best one, but still good enough for my taste), and I had happened to find a few egyptian cat statues for sale, pretty well made and painted, so I decided to get those. So while looking at them, the groundbreaking thought passed through my mind...
"what if this but leo?"
Spent some time looking over pharaoh and egyptian cat designs until I came up with this, a mix of both. Would definitively make a real Egyptologist very upset. But yea, since I didn't want to change Leo's color to be full black like the cat statues, I ended up leaning more on the pharaoh bit, the only thing missing being the crazy hats... I did get asked about that, and my answer is... YOU figure out how to place a hedjet on that head, see how you like it
So yea, another self-indulgent godly Leo design, hope yall like it as I culture-appropriate my way through the bronze age~ lol
