Last week before finals: laminated doughs and plated deserts. This was my own plating of our cheesecake. The cheesecake was a bit strong on a lemon flavour, so to mellow that out, I powdered the top with a cinnamon/nutmeg mix. The sauces are a raspberry puree, and dots (unfortunately, spread together) of caramel sauce. The garnish are candied orange peels.
