it is north america and rural so i suppose it would consist of several seating areas like this along the edge, themed of course, and perhaps idk regular sushi place tables in the middle. the conveyer belt thing is neat in japan even though the time one tried to go in at the mall it was not great and the food was very dry. my fave place had faux tatami tables with a raised floor that was sunken beneath the tables. black ceiling and low lights set a peaceful and appetizing mood. only think missing was the traditional japanese vibe/aesthetic, it had the black & white minimalism thing i'm not fond of going on.
but maybe idk there's outdoor seating more like the walk-in booth.
