This fanfare is going to be played in my flash series, Once:
-I find someone that can animated it for me
-I earn enough to afford it
-Have time to discuss the story with them, as I may lose the net soon.

It will be played during events when Yamihuyu does something that causes trouble. The laughing is part of the fanfare, and does not mean Yamihuyu is actually laughing as it plays.

"Into the Darkness" was chosen over 'In to the Darkness' because Yamihuyu enjoys making things worse, so he's turning the foul mood into darkness. If that makes any sense.
