Another silly superhero-type themed picture. ^.^ I dunno, I find capes to be kinda cute and a bit sexy so there! Villainous otter standing on.....well something, I dunno, I didn't draw that yet. Maybe a giant fish or some poor fox. :D Hehe. Pic colored in SAI again. I'm getting a little better at it hopefully!

This drawing (right footpaw specifically) reminds me of the 'super long' slam dunk in Spacejam, where there's a part that it's obvious to see Jordan's taking a step on an edited-out platform in 'mid-air'.
