this one i something I don't make all to often as the amount of butter in it makes it rather rich.
1/3 cup Butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
In a blender whip eggs for 1 min.
Gradually add milk and then flour while blender is on. After adding milk and flour continue blending for 30 seconds.
Melt butter.
Pour melted butter into souffle dish (or round high dish),then add mixture to dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25minutes (Until fluffy and golden brown & firm.)
Pancake will fall after being removed from the oven.
Serve with fresh strawberries, powdered sugar, lemon, syrup, cinnamon, or anything you desire.

....why does my dad's cholesterol have to suck?! D: I don't think I could eat one of those by myself...or should eat one of those by myself...I can feel MY cholesterol getting worse just looking at the thing.
...is there any way of making one of those without so much butter?

Just discovered this on here. I love these things! My Bubby (grandmother) used to make them for dessert after most meals. The ingredients varied according to whether we were having a a dairy or meat meal, with tapioca or arrowroot substituting for milk and schmaltz (rendered chicken fat, not as bad as it sounds) for the butter. (As soon as I post this, I'm going to make one for myself!)
