Another badge design for Oklacon ( www.oklacon.com ), going along with the steampunk theme.
Not the most original idea ever, but I tend to lean towards an optimistic, fantasy style steampunk, so I'm trying to get some dystopian steampunk mixed in. Except for the ground texture added at the last minute (since that area will be covered with text), everything was done on a single layer!
So, go to Oklacon, this year will be the best yet!

well milady.. what I mean is I see this fabulous creation as being <as you intended> more of a steampunk, gear and clockwork, furnace type creation..
I'm wondering if you can do something more advanced "Technology" wise.. such as computer and sleek body style with a greater power system. ( instead of the vents and such on his belly and the steam stacks behind his shoulders, something that looks much more advanced, like fusion or anti-matter.. which, of course, can power a larger frame but still keep that beautifully sleek smooth design..)
