No problem.
I would not worry about the money, and I would just use this time to refine your image. Especially if you are growing, then you are best waiting until you are 18 to get a tattoo so that by that time your skin will not stretch out and distort the really good idea you have.
Your idea is really creative, and I am sure your image would be the ideal tattoo!
