Yes and no - The examples I listed are mostly regional variants, but there's at least a dozen or two more names for him, and not all of those are. In Odin's case, he probably ended up with so many different names, because people associated him with many different things -- war, life, death, magic, wisdom, poetry... and I probably forgot a couple of things there. :P

It's not, it's more meant to look sort of blank/white... ? As you probably know, Odin is supposed to be missing one eye. ( I'm actually not sure if it's entirely gone, or if he's just blind on one eye, or what? ) Anyhow, I've seen all sorts of different interpretations of this in depictions of him, and decided to go for the blind/"blank" eye look myself, since that looks kind of interesting and mysterious and whatnot. The details should be clearer in the final painting.
