This is a picture I drew based off a story I wrote about people I know. Tac happens to be our villain once more, this time sporting a lab coat and some big black boots. He's throws vials of chemicals he stores under his coat that does a variety of things...It's kind of a crappy picture, but I was super proud of it when I drew it. Hehehehe, I post it here, cause really, it ain't so bad...
