This photo serves two purposes. First of all, this is to show the Trekie side of my new fursona. Second, I have chosen to show myself wearing this uniform, to represent one of my two personal characters, in the Star Trek story that I'm writing. Her name is Ensign Sasha Gatalc. Even though she is a pacifist, she serves as a Security officer on the USS Yorktown.

Okay, so various people on Second LIfe created the avatar, the clothing, and the various objects, but it was still I who put them together in this manor and framed the photo. A Dadaist and colleague of Manray's took junk off the street and, without making many changes, presented them as art works that he called "ready-mades." I'll try not to flood my profile with SL photos, but I'll still argue that they can be called originals. ^.^

As you can tell, I certainly am a Trekie. lol
Have you ever seen the movies? In Star Treks 2 - 6, everyone wears a red uniform and not everyone dies. Sasha Gatalc is wearing the same red uniform as in the movies, not the same uniform as in the original series. By the way, from Next Generation on, yellow is the new red. heh ^!^

Nor has any ape, panther, rabbit, fox, cheetah taur, chakat, feline (just not Caitian. I have my reasons), pit bull, saber tooth tiger, or snake gone before, either. As for SCV's, just not in this story. ^!^
