Named by Shiki_Shaka

She's a snowy-white Nidoran female who although she doesn't have a set home, tends to enjoy the cold and while most Nidos sleep off the winter in their burrows, she's out having fun! While she seems stocky it's not so much fat, she's actually very fluffy, and that's why her back legs seem look like that, it's covered in fur.

Prefs: Could go either way, pred or prey. As far as prey goes, her mother was an escaped domestic Nidorina and her father a runt of the litter, so her poison is very, very weak. On the pred side, she leads a very active lifestyle and needs plenty of food to keep her energy up!;)
I'll probably refine her design a bit more later...
