Incendiary is a potent little firestarter; she may not have the "superheroine/model/Amazon/just how big DO they make those star-spangled bustiers?" build, and she may have to wear thick-soled shoes to break five feet, but she makes up for it in raw power...and, well, there's something sexy about the slim, small-breasted type, too.
Those gloves she's wearing are power regulators, though she's mostly outgrown the need for them - our intrepid heroine barely ever scorches off her own costume, anymore.
For what it's worth, she is very definitely the "non-lethal" kind of hero - it's amazing how quickly bank robbers tend to give up when their clothes are on fire and their guns have melted.
