My coworkers seem to think it's entertaining devising new ways to come over to my desk, casually use my pen to write something down, then strut off with it still in their cold, stealthy grasp. I'm willing to bet if I searched through their desk drawers I would find a stash of pens filled to the very brim, like some sort of long-forgotten treasure chest of ancient writing utensil creators. Even my boss seems to be in on the game. What fun!

So me, being the absolute party pooper I am, put a fun little Pac-Man pencil topper on my pen to remind them whose it is, to ensure they return it upon finishing. Seems like it's working so far. I think the pen is so gaudy now that no one really even wants to touch it.

Works for me.
