So I've been inspired by mecha lately.... :| Originally I was going to create a full on computer based character, like um... (( I'll link his UN here later...he make Salt the Computer Cat)) and once I saw his cat I was very inspired. But then I didn't want to make a working device, I just wanted to make a robot... xD;

And then it grew into a SecondLife project...and then it grew into a character who I am INCREDIBLY attached to now. Her name is glitch...and she is both on paper, and in SL now.

Her sister models will be available on the Marketplace soon, but she is unique to me. You'll see her more soon.

My fiance and I kept adding onto her, and then I thought okay maybe it's a companion bot...soon, the term FCU came to mind. 'Furry Companion Unit'.

She can be used in sexual manners, but also just as a friendly device to keep around. She lives up to her model name as a companion unit and can be programmed into whatever mode you wish her to be. Need a babysitter? Get an FCU in maternal mode. Feelin' lonely and are into mecha stuff like that? Turn your FCU to her pleasure mode. Etc etc. Lol idk why we got into robot sex but it was fun and interesting to figure out. But I'll leave those bits of information to yall's imaginations. Because I'm sure it'd vary from person to person if they try to figure out how it's done.

Her sleek base body is made of a latex-like substance, and is soft and smooth to the touch, but incredibly difficult to penetrate. Thus, she can be used for combat if it is wished of her.

Her screens will glow and emit heat when depending on which programmed 'emotion' she may be responding to. FCU's are highly advanced robots (Though Glitch, is an android. There's a bunny under that helmet. ) and can 'feel' emotions to an extent...just enough to carry out their purposes.

Customized models may vary in appearance and color, but the same shape remains with all of them.


It was fun to make Glitch up with  papacroc . And I love her to death. I'll be drawing some pictures of her with her helmet off and stuff at some point too. Though, I need to think of her actual appearance underneath that armor...We decided that Glitch the bunny was in a horrible accident and had to become an android to survive, but I'm not sure what all I want to do to the poor girl yet. Perhaps her ears are severely fucked up and stuff like that. Gotta figure out what her body is like too.

F5 if you still see her ankle gears as pure orange. There's supposed to be rings in there, and I tweaked some other missing things and flaws.
