Well, for me, Mpreg is attractive because you can put your favorite male characters into the position of a loving mother role. Like for instance, take my favorite character to impregnate, Danny Fenton. He's awkward, and would most likely cling to his child as much as possible. Although, another thing that attracts about mpreg is that parents are mushy with each other, and making your favorite gay couple act mushy? What fan doesn't LOVE doing that?!

Well, I think an mpreg pic with the parents' tummy showing is kinda cute. Usually more if the 'father' of the couple is being cuddly. Like when you see a rl couple and the dad's acting all weird and stuff, and the mom is acting proud. It's a cute scene.
