for some reason i find this picture a bit sad. dont mind me im just a bit imersed

A fascinating light; the contrast between the textures of the clouds and of the detritus looks very good as well.

The only issue that troubles me, here, is the "dead centre" composition that places the monolith on what has traditionally been considered the least interesting area within the frame. I think that cropping out the foreground (just at the upper edge of that horizontal block) would improve this image considerably; it would place an empty region of the sky at dead centre, and leave the monolith and the clouds to fill the upper and lower thirds of the frame.

My opinion, nothing more!

I don't know how much of that was captured on film, or if you edited anything afterward, but the lighting and subtle colors give it such a... MOOD!
