WHOOHOO!! 30+hours in photoshop *and debateing* have finally paid off ^_^
For the glory of the Red Army! and all propaganda in between.. This is my sniper character Na^nka. Which is a rather large character from one of my comics.. IM keeping most of the details about her secret but She obviously is from Soviet descent.. Was once ammember of a specialized troop of Spetzaz useing a heavily modified Barett M99 and you gun enthusiasts will ask Why the 99? well because only a rookie sharpshooter needs the magazine of the M107 ^_-
Bolt action baby all the way! and with a .50 calibur kick!
Im going to release a much larger version later too for those who wish to use this as a background to your PC so keep watching ^^

Where do you have the info from that its going to repalce the M107? I never heard or read about such a thing and I browse a lot of military sites and forums.
The AS50 is currently only in use by the Brits and SEALs, and Barrett just showed up with the XM500, a M107 in Bullpup desing.
I doubt the USA will completly replace thier M107/M82A1, the rifle is perfectly fine and there a no reported problems, no need to replace it at all.

haha yeah its a barret M99 ^_^ with an added long ass silencer.. if you're not too familiar with guns that baby shoots a .50 calibur round meaning its as big as a piece of sidewalk chalk and shoots a bullet the diameter of your thumb into people at up to a mile accuratly! >:3
I'm glad I can help encourage such a fantastic artist as yourself dude. Even thought I was only stating what I felt as I looked at the picture, it did seem to be very special, I fell in love with it straight away, I just love all the effort you put into your stuff, it always shows the countless hours! :)
haha yeah it was mostly redesigned by me ^_^; I've done alot of weaponry research even going as far as shooting most of the guns I draw myself just to get a feel for them. Her modifications are mainly for a left handed sniper with a wooden pistol-grip foregrip including a few little things here and there :3
