Tu Roe is a respected commanding officer of the headmen guard with 47 years in service, his reason for his burn wounds was when he and some soldiers were raiding a SouAl held iron works during the Kopula war (1992-94) when a misfired gernade fell into a cauldron of molten metal and exploded splashing some of that molten onto Roe's face, luckly he had his helment on but it was too hot for Roe to get it off himself so his comrades had to help get it off before it could melt into his face, he was then hospitalized for 2 months but was ready to take on the enemies again
