This is a 1¾" quartz point set in a size 7½ sterling silver ring. The stone is pressure fit in place. If you have never pressure fit quartz into a metal tube, I don't recommend it; each tap with the mallet is an education in anxiety since you only get one chance to not break the stone.

This ring may or may not allow you to fire laser beams from your finger tip, depending on your planet of origin.
