Thank you! And actually, this was part of a series of homeworks. So they weren't actually done in class. :) The contour lines are a method I use of visual notetaking, to partially show shape and try to get a better idea of the flow of what I'm drawing. Here they kind of act like (poor) topographical lines, haha.
