The guy ran a shop up town and he found it on Craigslist and the guy came over with 1K and he did not try to talk me down at all. Hehe more money for me LOLOL.

I love Ford Crown Victorias/Mercury Grand Marquis, and I have nothing but good things to say about those cars. It really says a lot that the fundamental design of those cars really had not changed from 1979 (when the Panther platform was introduced) until they were recently discontinued. Those cars are solid, and it is amazing how much those Fords/Mercurys can do under all sorts of circumstances. Beyond that, the trunk and cabin space in those cars just cannot be matched!

they pulled out in front of me with there buggies, at night and i almost killed there horse. the Amish here ride in the middle of the road sometimes and it can be very crazy at night.

Do the Amish have anything such as reflectors or lights on their buggies so that they can be seen at night?

That's about a $300 or $400 fix if you do it yourself....Crown Vic parts are a dime a dozen at the scrapyards since so many cops use them and Americans throw cars away just as fast as a Starbucks cup.
