Ok, so someone said I should post some stuff on the Cooking Furs. So here is a picture to go along with my first submission...

Marinated Flank Steak (med. rare)
...with carmelized onions, mushrooms, shiraz reduction, and crumbled blue cheese.

Side of sauteed asparagus, prosciutto, and potato gnocchi and a Parmesan crisp.

If you would like a copy of the recipe, note me (be advised, you will need to use your own marinade...I don't give out my secret..lol)

The recipe and idea are original, all items are fresh and scratch-made (except the blue cheese and parmesan cheese themselves).
