Had an idea in my head. Maybe, once, when the legendary birds were young, they couldn't control their abilities. Moltress started forest fires unintentionally, Articuno caused Blizzards without warrant, and Zapdos caused horrible Thunder Storms where ever he went.

This is Zapdos, realizing he's lost control somewhere and has started a Thunderstorm. Maybe even a Hurricane.

Note: Personally, I think those black feathers on Zapdos grow there with age. So, since this is a young Zapdos, he doesn't have those black feathers as of yet.
