This is Tsuki Kirāshi Mordecai, also known as Kira, daughter of Valdin and (Marijke_Rose's) Taiyo.
Now, you're probably like "what the hell!? But they're both guys!" Well, yes. Yes they are. Kira's technically a clone.
The one on the right is her "normal form" and the left one's her super-saiyan/eagle/fullish-Mewtwo form.
Yeah.
Oh, and I might have accidentally given her two pairs of ears, if those Mewtwo-horn-things are also ears. If that's the case, just ignore her human ears. I also completely messed up her left hand in the right pic. I also officially suck with faces.

Hee, okay, I like her design. Very good job combining the two "species". ^.^; Ryu's lil' half-sis, LOL!
Dang, I so dig her transformed form and, seriously, how you combined features from both. Also like that her 'human' form is more of a gijinka-esque thing than just human.
Well, Taiyo has no 'ears' other than those "horns"... I have no idea which they are, but consider them to be a cross between psychic-receptors/antennae, and ears (like, the ear canal is in them, though I dunno where the 'earhole' would be) - Taiyo doesn't have an otherwise notable set of earsies. I also consider them to be immobile... made of bone from his skull, since Mewtwo's never moved and are not 'floppy'.

Uhhh... in her transformed state, I'd say drop em. In her human state... I dunno, LOL! (Gijinkas usually have both sets regardless - and I think a human "without" human ears might look a bit odd - just a suggestion design-wise, to keep 'em in her human state... chalk the mewtwo-"horns" to being entirely psychic-antennae then.)
OH! Yes, I totally wanted to mention her gothiness - I LOVE it! Cool shirt - and I have that spiked armband!
Also have to say the feathery mewtwo-tail is a neat thought.

Oh, thanks! ^^ I was originally going for a tail that looked something like the griffins' tails in Narnia (smooth tail with a tail-feathers type thing at the tip), but that just didn't look right with the bulb of the Mewtwo tail, so I decided the feather the whole thing.
