So random attempt at proportional exaggeration mostly failed. Still wound up slightly believable despite trying to force myself to make an impossible top heavy character. So I give you P.F.C. Beeftank.
That gun is just some random bullshit I thought of which basically boils down to a 50 caliber rifle/pistol. It does not make sense, don't try to think it through. It has a cleaver on the underside which would have been a halberd were it not attached to a gun.

It would definitely never work under any circumstance but it looks pretty. You know as well as I that the bullet would have no accuracy whatsoever with a barrel that short but the idea of everyone in twenty feet being completely engulfed in a burst of flame is kinda nice. ;P
Nah, accuracy isn't based on barrel length, as long as it's a rifled barrel with a strong enough twist. It helps with precision if you're using ironsights, but the only way it affects accuracy directly is by giving the bullet more time to get pushed on before leaving the muzzle so it's going faster.
I think this one in particular would not have enough to actually put the bullet into a proper spin and would instead send it careening out in a completely random rotation quite possibly even end over end in a certain amount of time and space. Pretty sure the bullet would tumble and inevitably steer horribly off course. That being said I do understand quite a bit about rifling and projectiles in general, this one is just silliness.
