Of course, that would only work out for any who would by that dilapidated pile of rocks without first looking at it.
Otherwise, it would be a scheme that would epic fail on the part of any real estate agency.

But anyways... part of the reason I said about living there has to do with how I've felt emotionally lately (so sort of was an inside joke)... let's compared it against the whole concept of some loser/nobody type "Living in a van down by the river" such as this guy, for example...
