today was a very good day. i found a smith and wessen 500 magnum, which should be worth about $1,600, and I purchased it for $750. I really can't describe the amount of power it has, nor do I want to go into a stream of technical jargon. I'll just make it simple. Look at your thumb; it shoots that if it was lead. At this particular time, a SW 500 mag is the largest caliber commercial handgun available (barring custom made weapons). I don't think I would have actually gone out looking to buy one of these, but I guess it's nice knowing that I can put a round through an engine block.

That is a great deal! I see that you have the relatively easy to carry trapper's model.
I'm a rancher and have mountain lion problems, so I carry a .44 magnum S&W 329pd. It is a pleasure to carry (but not to shoot) because it weighs only 26 ounces, less than half that of my .44 mag Ruger SuperRedhawk (which is a lot of fun to shoot).
It is a "We won World War III" triumph piece. The cylinder is made from titanium alloy from melted down Soviet nuclear submarines. The frame is made from scandium (the rarest of the rare earth metals) from melted down Soviet hydrogen bomb parts.
I'd love to have you and your .500 visit my ranches and private hot springs in central Nevada.

Looks nice, buddy! I am still very much a novice when it comes to marksmanship, but it's possible I'll be acquiring a .44 mag from my grandfather, if the German laws permit me to bring it into the country. That's something I need to learn more about when I arrive, but if so, we can talk shop :-P Or talk shot, I should say
Ha! everyone knows that guns done get that big, except in cartoons. this is very blazantly a photoshopped picture. and even f it WAS real, you couldn't handle it, because your shooting abilites are determined by...um...your DRAWING SKILL! yeah. and since everyone knows your drawing is NO GOOD, that means your shooting is NO GOOD!
