When Chaos reigned over Equestria, the chocolate rain was not the only pleasant effect. BunnyHop was returned to a living form, just as cute as she had been before her death.

Those ponies just had to ruin everything.

cause celestia disagrees, the controllers of the elements of harmony disagree. hell, pinkie pie would have enjoyed herself if not for the others, i mean did ya see that? even when they were preparing to blast him, she was getting one last shot of chocolate milk cloud.

Precisely.
And what does Celestia do when she disagrees with someone? She freaking traps them on the moon, or turns them to stone... who knows what other poor souls are trapped in some statue/rock/mountain/anything because they dared to challenge Celestia's authority.

Yeah totally, I love a little bit of Chaos. I mean they have Chocolate Milk rain and cotton candy clouds! You can't go wrong!

Yes.
Given that when Discord (the spirit of Chaos) was in power, everything was topsy turvey, it stands to reason that my zombie pony Bunnyhop could have been brought back to her normal living state.
