Here's one finished commission piece for Sen-en, second piece pending due to a necessary equipment upgrade in progress. As a pendant this 2" silver and brass donkey is meant to hang from a light or medium chain. It also features a pin mechanism on the back for use as a brooch. The lines and texturing are made more prominent with my own secret non-sulphur patina formula (it's chlorine bleach), and the surface has been brushed to a not-quite-satin finish to show off the contrast of the two metals. I put a lot of work into this piece to get everything to fit exactly as it should, and I think it's my most accurate work to date.

Oh my goodness. This is adorable! ^^
It reminds me of a little burro pendant I won at a Mexican Restaurant when I was very very young. I treasured that little cheap thing, and was super upset when it finally broke. Sorry to get all nostalgic, but it just reminded me. Excellent work though, positively brilliant!

Absolutely, it's not a problem...
Hmmn. I'll have to see if I can come up with something. I do Viking reinactment...but would think it'd be awesome to have a wonderful little metal donkey brooch for my smokkr....
Let me think on it and I'll note you with further details =3
