Yeah, you can sneak right up on them and pick them up, even. >__> Of course it would spaz if you did that, though. xD I pet a wild one, once. He got pissed of and bucked up in the air, then ran away going "RMMM RMMMRMMMRMMMRMMMMM RMMM!"
And another time at my college, I saw one walking around as I was headed to my car. I distanced myself from it so I wouldn't scare it, but noticed he was headed straight towards a guy who was walking towards the building. And it didn't stop, it kept walking towards him! xD So the guy just stopped walking and watched it, and it just walked right up to him and put his front paws on his shoe and was sniffing up at him. The guy was like "Uhm... it's not rabid, is it?" I was like "No, they just have really bad eyesight." and then I guess it smelled that he wasn't a tree or something, and ran away. xD
I dunno why I like them so much, I just find them adorable. x3 I'd love to have one as a pet!
THAT REMINDS ME! I had a dream that I was at this house somewhere in a desert area, and it was at night. I heard a noise, and I was looking to see what it was, and it was a Coyote. He looked kinda scared of me, and would walk a bit closer, sniffing at me, then would back off again. And then I noticed that he had a collar and harness. And I was like, "I think he's someone's pet!" and I called him like a dog, and he came over and was wagging his tail and acting like a happy dog. xD And then there was a big cat there, like... 20 lbs. xD And then all the sudden the Coyote was a small cat, like 7 lbs. But I was still saying "Look at this Coyote, guys!" xD Uhm... I think that's all Iremember.
