Giving off a soft sigh as she rested to meditate on the Night of Samhain, she let her eyes close as the smoke from the incense slowly filled the room.
It was the night of All Hallows Eve - the night when the Veil between this world, and the world of the dead was thin, and it is possible, to communicate with those that have passed.... and much had troubled her as of late. She feared that she was making the incorrect choices, that things were leading her in a way that seemed confusing....
Though, as she continued to meditate, and inhale that soothing smell of sandalwood, she could have sworn, she felt a soft kiss, pressed to her forehead, which caused her to smile a bit more.
"So.. I'm doing well, huh Mom?" She spoke to herself softly. "Thanks.. for watching out for me..."
Took me a bit to post this one, as .. well, yeah. Manda's mom is gone, and so is mine. And I can only hope, that mom kinda watches over me in this way. <3
