I like:

-the pose

-the way she sips her wine. probably done on purpose... what civilized animal drinks stuff like the ancestors?

-the tummy skinfolds, which also might be the traces of a translucent nylon shirt. either way, a rarely seen detail.

-the whiskers. not only are they complete, but also overly long and probably decorated with something at the tips?

-the jewelry.

-the air of royalty, or at least her attitude.

-the overall mood and atmoshpere.

No nylon shirts here :P Just tummy folds! And I add those tips to the whiskers just to..make them stick out a bit more :P I always find they can just disappear in a piece, yet I think they really add to the look of an image when they're visible :P!

a good setting could be an opera house foyer, or a noble restaurant. somehwere where you display enough riches to buy the place with your jewelry alone. :)
