as you might guessed it my new book case are milk crate it more easier to move around then you think since older one were starting give out i had replace the old book case something and this was my design for it and wow did work lol this the other section of the book case

since you have such a large collection of books (Like I did, though I ended up with a "library" room) May I suggest digitizing the books.
As with music it's semi-legal (Fair-use rights to transform your media into different formats) to simply download the books from various sources since you have the physical copy in your possession.
