Personality: Very happy/upbeat, very curious (Ends up getting in trouble a bit of the time). He's mute, but has psychic abilities (Able to talk mentally, and make light objects fly like his weapon mostly, as well as make himself float for small periods of time)
This was done by Keychan on pokefarm as a last minute contest I had on there. Cliff is a character I've been using in RPs for a while not, but I haven't been able to get a picture of him
