I agree with all of this! Especially the comment about the "beer".

Although to be fair, I think we actually have the largest amount of craft micro breweries, or one of the top at least. Not that you can find many of them at most grocery stores...

I hear IPAs are a huge thing over there. That's something I can get behind.

Yes, very much so. They're (quite unfortunately) not my thing -- I prefer things on the maltier side of things -- but there's a good variety of porters and stouts as well, so I'm quite happy.

If you get the chance though, a great IPA, from what I understand, is Bridgeport's Imperial IPA -- Hop Czar. Another good one is Rogue's Portland State University IPA, and well... Really everything Rogue makes is amazing. <3
