Looking back at this, I can see Raichu's tail is a little off. Oh well.

I actually did get a legit Raichu with Fly thanks to the PokeWalker that came with my copy of Soul Silver! But thanks to the inability to transfer Pokemon with HM moves to Generation 5, he and my surfing Raichu are both stuck in Generation 4. Curse you Nintendoooooo
