Changing your shape is one thing. Changing your HEIGHT is something completely different and slightly more complex, as seen here from this great picture from

So here I am, in the middle of Unamed City. Trying to show off to a friend how shapeshifting is not the same as body alteration, as that involves a half dose of concentration, magic or scientific means, and two ounces of soda. Unfortunately the soda that was used was diet, so here I am! Growing taller and taller and taller and more buff, already rivaling some of the skyscrapers, and as far as I can tell, I'll be about as big as a mountain. Raising my foot here so I don't smush some hapless bystander, but at least they were smart and cleared out of the street.
(Six bucks says the friend who I was showing this off to is hiding between my toes somewhere, and makes me wonder.... was this planed?)
